This is a Big Sister and Little Sister presentation at the Graduation Ceremony for their programme at Manchester Communication Academy, we thought we would share it with you;
Big Sister to Little Sister, Alex;
A – Awe; Every-time I left the room I felt the biggest send of AWE. A feeling of admiration with the biggest smile on my face. In one of our first conversations, me and Alex realised we had been paired together as both really struggle with anxiety, but a part of this process that stands out for me was the workshops where Alex would continuously speak up and present her options so well and confidently your wouldn’t know this anxiety existed. I left feeling so proud and in AWE every-time and watching Alex put herself out of her comfort zone made me do it too.
L – Luminous; because Alex, you truly are a shining star. Your radiant personality would have us giggling non-stop.
E – Empowerment; this process was a two-way street of empowerment. Helping each other become more confident. She made me realise that I was capable of doing hard things (like presenting in front of people) and I hope she feels the same.
X – X-Factor; A quality that you cannot describe that makes someone very special. This could not be more fitting, not only is Alex a talented, artistic, singer/musician but so much more! I hope this process has made you realise how exceptional you are.

Being able to work with Charlotte has been incredible, she made me realise how important and special I am as an individual. She has boosted my confidence more than she will ever know. So thank you!
